RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@arwin.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Severe weather and other conditions beyond our control are currently causing slight delays to shipping services.
Business Days + Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Processing + Delivery Times
U.S.
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping can take longer -- roughly 6-8 business days -- if you are outside contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii or 12-14 business days if you are in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, it typically takes 6-8 business days for delivery. For APO, FPO and U.S Territories, please allow roughly 45 days for shipping. International
For orders shipping to Canada, processing and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

We offer free Standard shipping on orders over USD 100 for Customers from the USA only.
